Put fear into the Elected Criminals
« on: August 09, 2010, 06:33:06 PM »
I want to suggest that since the Elected Criminals in Raleigh are as bad if not worse than those we send to Washington that we start a campaign to Accept the Oaths of any who are elected this election.
The reason that they can break that Oath is that the only one who is a signatory to it is them and the chief Elected Criminal in their branch.
If about 100,000 of us send them a registered letter accepting their oath, and asking that they file our acceptance with the State/ Federal copy of their oaths perhaps they will begin to keep their word.
If not then we can begin to make claims on their Bonds for every time they break their oath.
If they ignore our acceptance it still gives us Standing. If they refuse it I am not sure they can serve.
Any thoughts

This is a branch, not the root. Oaths are important, but the problem is not that their current oaths are being broken, but that their oath is to the wrong state of North Carolina. The current state of North Carolina entered the union under military order number 120 during Reconstruction. This created a state which is nothing more than a federal satellite. The 14th Amendment was coerced during this time and made all of us citizens of Washington -- subjugated, national citizens -- rather than state citizens as we were previously. The object of the Civil War was changed, by congress, a year after peace was declared. This is the violation that we must attack, for it is at the root of ALL of these problems and it is the reason we have an unlawful government today.

We can go after oaths and spend millions fighting "issues" all we want, but at some point, we have to abandon this mess of a government and go back to what we had. We must first humble ourselves under God and obey His laws above all else, and regardless of the consequences. And we must refuse to recognize government offices which were put into place unconstitutionally (Supreme Court case Norton v. Shelby County "An unconstitutional act is NOT a law, it confers no rights, it imposes no duties..."). If we would ALL do these things, we could re-build our state governments so that they have no obligation to this wicked federal government.

Outside the box? You better believe it. But this is the way that the founders thought, and so shall we also. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm tired of the waste and of having unlawful state governments with no backbone whatsoever. We have the right to alter or abolish, so LET'S DO IT!

If you agree, go to NCRepublic.org to learn more about and start participating in the lawful and provable state of North-Carolina.
