North Carolina Citizen In Court – June 1st

On June 1st, 2010, state citizen Isaac Hutchison Birch will be in court to challenge the jurisdiction the state. Please attend if you are able. The assertion of rights is where the rubber meets the road, and people like Isaac need your support to bring these issues to the forefront.

From Isaac:
“For those of you who can make it, I will be in the SUPERIOR COURT OF MACON COUNTY, STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA June 1st, that is this coming up Monday. I am putting forward a jurisdictional challenge based upon the unconstitutionality of the Reconstruction Act of 1867, 1868. This is a trial de novo as DISTRICT COURT CHIEF JUSTICE DANNY DAVIS elected to ignore the challenge and proceed with a trial in his court of no record, never compelling the STATE to prove jurisdiction. I need witnesses to the proceedings, hopefully I will see you all there.”

Respectfully,
Isaac Hutchison Birch

The trial begins at 9AM and the courthouse is located at 5 W. Main Street, Franklin, NC 28734. Please come and show your support for lawful state citizenship.

Quick correction…June 1st is Tuesday, not Monday.
